Mest f\u00f6r att jag ska komma ih\u00e5g vad jag lagat som var gott, men om n\u00e5gon annan vill ta inspiration fr\u00e5n det \u00e4r det helt ok.<\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att dels peka p\u00e5 de recept jag anv\u00e4nt, dels beskriva vad jag gjorde f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar till det, och om det blev gott eller inte \ud83d\ude42 Vi lagar ganska mycket mat som \u00e4r vegetarisk eller inneh\u00e5ller kyckling, och i n\u00e4stan aldrig med fl\u00e4sk eller n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<h2>Kyckling Satay<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00f6rst ut \u00e4r ett recept p\u00e5 Kyckling Satay som jag brukar laga. Det \u00e4r baserat p\u00e5 Receptet p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasteline.com\/Recept\/Kokoskyckling_med_chili_och_jordnotssas\">Kokoskyckling med Chili och Jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5s<\/a>\u00a0p\u00e5 Tasteline.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r mitt modifierade recept:<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg kyckling<\/li>\n<li>1 gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>1 r\u00f6d l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>2 st vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/li>\n<li>1 st r\u00f6d chilifrukt<\/li>\n<li>1 msk rapsolja<\/li>\n<li>2 burkar kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/li>\n<li>1 msk farinsocker<\/li>\n<li>2 msk soja<\/li>\n<li>2 msk ostrons\u00e5s<\/li>\n<li>1 msk riven f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra<\/li>\n<li>1 msk kycklingfond<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk pressad citron<\/li>\n<li>1 dl jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<\/li>\n<li>Kryddor: Spiskummin, kummin, koriander<\/li>\n<li>3 dl osaltade jordn\u00f6tter<\/li>\n<li>Basmatiris<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tillagning<\/h3>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r kyckling, l\u00f6k och chili. Stek\u00a0tillsammans\u00a0med pressad vitl\u00f6k tills kycklingen f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg. Den blir b\u00e4ttre om den inte \u00e4r helt genomstekt eftersom den kommer koka i s\u00e5sen efter\u00e5t. Blanda i koksmj\u00f6lk, farinsocker, soja, ostrons\u00e5s, ingef\u00e4ra, fond, citron och jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r. Finhacka \u00e4ven jordn\u00f6tterna och blanda i s\u00e5sen. Smaka av med kryddor och l\u00e5t koka i ca. 10 minuter.
