Servera g\u00e4rna en sallad med s\u00f6ta p\u00e4ron till den salta getostfyllningen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>1. Mixa valn\u00f6tterna i matberedare. Tills\u00e4tt mj\u00f6l och sm\u00f6r, skuret i mindre bitar. H\u00e4ll i vattnet och blanda snabbt ihop till en deg. Tryck eller kavla ut degen i en pajform, ca 24 cm i diameter. St\u00e4ll formen i kylsk\u00e5pet ca 30 min.<br \/>\n2. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225\u00b0. Nagga bottnen och f\u00f6rgr\u00e4dda mitt i ugnen ca 10 min.<br \/>\n3. Strimla tomaterna. Mixa h\u00e4lften av osten i matberedare tillsammans med \u00e4gg, mj\u00f6lk, salt och peppar. Skiva resten av osten. F\u00f6rdela tomater, ost och timjan i pajskalet. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver \u00e4ggstanningen.<br \/>\n4. S\u00e4nk ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 200\u00b0 och gr\u00e4dda pajen i nedre delen av ugnen ca 35 min.<br \/>\n5. Blanda citronsaft, olja och salt. K\u00e4rna ur p\u00e4ronen och sk\u00e4r dem i tunna klyftor. V\u00e4nd ner dem i dressingen. Strimla salladsl\u00f6ken och blanda med p\u00e4ronen.
